WE ARE HERE TO MAKE YOUR WORLD A LITTLE MORE COLORFUL AND VIBRANT

Ethylene-vinyl acetate (EVA) is a flexible polymer used in footwear, foam, cable insulation, and solar cell encapsulants. Coloring EVA with ultramarine blue provides a stable, vivid blue that withstands the processing conditions of EVA compounding and foaming.

The key requirements for a pigment in EVA are heat stability during processing (typically 120-180°C for EVA foaming), uniform dispersion without agglomeration, and color stability over the product’s service life. Ultramarine blue meets all these criteria.

In EVA foam for footwear, ultramarine blue provides attractive colors for midsoles and insoles. The pigment does not affect foam cell structure or density when used at recommended loading levels.

Shree Krishna Ultramarine Pigments (P) Limited offers ultramarine blue grades optimized for EVA compounding. Our EVA-grade pigment is pre-treated for easier dispersion in the EVA matrix and is supplied in fine, uniform particle size distributions.

Manufacturers using ultramarine blue in EVA report good color consistency across production batches, reduced defects from pigment agglomeration, and customer satisfaction with the vibrant blue appearance of finished products.
